Important Information & Guidelines for Accommodation Package:
Airport Transfers are not included in the package. Hotel Check-in
time is 3.00 pm &
Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be only subject to
availability.
A Returnable security deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be taken by the hotel
during check-in
towards only extra payments such as Mini Bar, Room Service, Laundry, Telephones etc.
You are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof which will be required
by the hotel at
the time of check-in.
You are requested to intimate us in advance in case of any changes /
Correction in the
spelling of your name.
In case of Twin Sharing Category, if you have not mentioned your room
partner
preference, the organizers reserve the right to allocate you the room partner as they deem fit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at info@asno2027.com
25% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th September 2026
50% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th November 2026
75% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st January 2027
No refund will be made for the requests made after 1st February 2027 onwards
Registration is not transferable
Refunds will be made post conference
