Important Information & Guidelines for Accommodation Package:
  • Airport Transfers are not included in the package. Hotel Check-in time is 3.00 pm & Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be only subject to availability.
  • A Returnable security deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be taken by the hotel during check-in towards only extra payments such as Mini Bar, Room Service, Laundry, Telephones etc.
  • You are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof which will be required by the hotel at the time of check-in.
  • You are requested to intimate us in advance in case of any changes / Correction in the spelling of your name.
  • In case of Twin Sharing Category, if you have not mentioned your room partner preference, the organizers reserve the right to allocate you the room partner as they deem fit.
